Located in Atlanta’s historic Peoplestown neighborhood—just 2 minutes from Summerhill and 5 minutes from Grant Park—Terminal South is a new social and commercial hub steps from the Southside Trail of the Atlanta BeltLine. The project will also be the final stop on the city’s first-ever rapid transit line, MARTA Rapid.

The development features the adaptive reuse of two former warehouse structures, introducing approximately 45,625 SF of mixed-use space and a growing collection of locally owned businesses, with more to come.

At the center of Terminal South is Switchman Hall, a restaurant collective featuring 18 unique concepts.
