The social and commercial hub for the historical Peoplestown neighborhood of Atlanta, Terminal South is located steps away from the Atlanta BeltLine and will be the final stop on the city’s first-ever rapid transit line - MARTA Rapid. The project features the adaptive reuse of two former warehouse structures, introducing approximately 45,625 SF of mixed-use space that now welcomes its first locally owned businesses, with more on the way. At the heart of the project is Switchman Hall, a restaurant collective featuring 18 unique concepts.
